If for any reason you are not happy with the service we provide please do call, write, email or fax me. Ask for me by name. Tell me why you're not satisfied and what you think would be fair and I will refund all or whatever part of the fees you paid us you think were not fair. It is entirely up to you. It's that simple.

In exchange for this unconditional satisfaction guarantee, you only agree to limit my liability to the amount of money you have paid to me. You may have cheated or have been caught cheating on your taxes in the past, but going forward however you must be honest and make a valid attempt to meet your tax obligations. You must allow us to help you, by answering your calls, responding with the information we need and most importantly being honest with us. I do not expect you to pay out money you don’t have. Once you are my client, however, it is not OK to cheat on your taxes. If I catch you cheating me or the Government I won’t turn you over to the IRS, but I will dump you as a client. If you force me to dump you as a client you can still talk to me but I don’t guarantee a refund.

Sometimes we do turn down new clients. If we do it is because we feel we can’t really help or because we feel some other firm may be more appropriate for your needs.
